Mission

Project Connection is a nonprofit mental health organization committed to improving access to quality mental health care and delivering innovative, community-based support services to underserved populations in Salt Lake County. At Project Connection, we believe that individuals thrive when they are connected, integrated, and supported within their communities. By emphasizing connection, we empower individuals with tools to foster long-term resilience. Our clients don’t just learn coping skills—they build a strong social foundation that supports sustained well-being.

1.Expand access to our services for individuals who are unfunded or underfunded for mental health care.
2.Create a network of community "hens" to help clients engage in specific activities, groups and relationships that are specifically chosen to fit their lifestyle, interests, values and special needs.
3.Invest in our team of therapists to continue to provide quality, trauma informed, evidence based care to our clients. Also, invest in growing our team to accommodate demand.
