1. 1.To expand access to English classes, we will increase class locations and schedules, reaching more learners with flexible options. We’ll also leverage online and hybrid learning to remove barriers for those with time or transportation challenges. These strategies ensure more individuals gain the language skills needed for employment, community engagement, and a brighter future.
2. 2.The Columbus Resource Center will provide free mentorship and assistance, helping the community connect to employment, education, and other services. We’ll build strong partnerships, train dedicated mentors, and offer personalized support. By increasing access to resources, we empower individuals to overcome barriers, achieve stability, and build brighter futures.
3. 3.We’ll diversify funding sources, securing grants, corporate sponsors, and donors for long-term stability. We’ll also strengthen leadership and technology, enhancing management systems and training staff to improve efficiency. By investing in our capacity, we ensure sustainable growth, better services, and greater impact for the community.
