HEART OF OHIO DIAPER BANK strives to ensure every baby has enough diapers to remain clean, dry, and healthy.

Goals

1. 1.We are either approach by organizations in communities where there is a need or we identify an underserved area and approach an organization to become a Community Distribution Site Partner. We give a great deal of consideration before serving new communities and working with new partners. The need must be identifiable.
2. 2.We consider providing support in additional counties and communities based on calls from families and individuals looking for assistance.
3. 3.We set a budget of desired fundraising, grants, business donations and individual donations. We review and stay the course on our monthly expenses. With our immense growth in 2024, we hired a part time operations manager to assist our volunteer director. We invested in a strategic plan in 2024 to identify our strengths and weaknesses and initiatives to continue to stay successful and sustainable.
