The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To invest in the development capacity of our small but mighty team—so we can cultivate meaningful donor relationships, steward contributions with care, and build a resilient base of support. Capacity investments strengthen development strategy, donor engagement systems, and stewardship practices that enable efficient, relationship-centered growth.
Goal Two: The Healing Arts Community Fund supports community members in accessing healing arts practices that foster wholeness, resilience, and well-being through a new program reimbursement model. The Fund expands access to aligned services, offers donors a tangible way to see impact, and creates a collaborative framework with practitioners and community partners to deepen community healing.
Goal Three: To expand existing integrative programming—including the Peace Out Portal, Healing Circles, Virtual Wellness Series, and Social Prescribing pilot initiatives—to increase access to healing arts, serve more individuals, strengthen community partnerships, and advance measurable outcomes aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
