Mission

The Hearts of the Father Outdoor Expeditions forges boys from foster care and hard places into men of courage through wild adventures, hard-earned skills, and Christ-centered brotherhood — building strength, grit, and purpose rooted in who God made them to be.

Vision

We envision a generation of young men from foster care and hard places rising into manhood with resilience, faith, and purpose—equipped to break cycles of trauma, lead their families, and impact their communities for generations to come.

Goals

1.Expand Outdoor Programs-HOTF will broaden its campouts, hunts, and outdoor skill-building trips to reach more boys across Arkansas and Texas. These programs will provide trauma-informed mentoring, hands-on life skills, and safe spaces for boys to build resilience and faith.
2.Build the infrastructure to sustain long-term growth.-- We will invest in staffing, volunteer training, and trauma-informed certification for coaches to ensure every boy receives high-quality guidance. This includes expanding our board, adding administrative systems, and creating stronger partnerships with schools, churches, and juvenile programs.
3.HOTF will pursue funding and partnerships to acquire land for Liberty Hill — a home base for camps, mentoring, and conservation projects. Long-term, this vision includes cabins, classrooms, and outdoor training grounds where boys can heal, learn, and grow.
