Vision

Epic-Cure's vision is to create a community marked by enhanced dignity, no food insecurity, and a healthy natural environment from minimized food waste generated greenhouse gas emissions.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our program reach to source more food and feed the food insecure in their communities, expanding supply to food pantries and increasing the number of local free food distributions.
2. 2.Create a permanent logistics facility to quadruple food sourcing and distribution capacity with large scale refrigeration, powered pallet jacks, and forklifts for the safe conduct of food logistics.
3. 3.Provide nutritional and culinary education to veterans and students from Title-1 schools, teaching valuable life and career skills and fostering self-reliance. Goals include summer job placement.
