1. 1.WeCareTN is committed to championing a healthier future for Black transgender women through our annual goals centered on amplifying HIV prevention and harm reduction efforts.
2. 2.Our goal is to enhance engagement with these often underrepresented demographics, ensuring they have access to the resources, support, and education necessary to navigate these health challenges.
3. 3.WeCareTN is invested in HIV and harm reduction advocacy, understanding that systemic and political challenges often hinder progress and change.
