Vision

A North Carolina where every resident in HUBZone communities has equal access to technology and digital literacy skills, enabling them to participate fully in the digital economy and bridge the digital divide.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our Chromebook distribution program to serve 500+ individuals annually across all 15 HUBZone counties in North Carolina, providing free refurbished devices paired with comprehensive digital literacy training to bridge the technology gap in rural communities.
2. 2.Launch new STEM education programs including Tech Builders for youth and expanded Digital Literacy Skills workshops for adults, addressing the growing need for workforce development and technical skills in underserved rural communities.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity by building strategic partnerships with 100+ nonprofit organizations and establishing sustainable funding models, enabling HTI to scale operations and expand our donation program to meet growing demand across North Carolina.
