We want to live in a world where every Black woman and non-binary individual has access to high-quality, culturally competent therapy.

Goals

1. 1.We fund therapy for Black women and non-binary individuals nationwide—covering 12 sessions with culturally competent providers, plus lifelong access to a robust wellness portal featuring curated content like grief workshops, yoga, and guided meditations. To support those on our growing waitlist, we partner with MindRight, offering text-based coaching from therapist-supervised life coaches.
2. 2.We invest in the wellbeing and professional growth of our therapist network through: 1) Continuing education workshops and a professional development library (3,000+ clinicians served in 2024) 2) Quarterly office hours for sharing best practices in running a therapy practice 3) Healers Circles professionally facilitated to nurture community and emotional resilience among therapists
3. 3.We need to increase the number of licensed BIPOC therapists but the licensure process is financially prohibitive. To grow the number of licensed BIPOC therapists, we’ll launch a Scholarship Fund supporting post-graduate clinicians as they complete costly supervision hours— boosting their economic mobility and ensuring more culturally competent care for future generations.
