Our mission is to work in partnership with families and community organizations to provide access to information, resources and career pathways that will position families to empower and improve outcomes for their children and themselves.

We empower families with the tools and knowledge to break barriers, build lasting connections, and strengthen communities for generations to come.

Goals

1.Odyssey FEC will expand programs to serve 300+ families annually with education, workforce training, and wellness supports. By scaling initiatives like the Care & Share Van and parent engagement services, we aim to improve family stability, increase employment readiness, and strengthen community resilience.
2.Odyssey FEC will deepen investment in core programs that drive long-term family success, while phasing out non-core efforts. This allows us to enhance program quality, deliver measurable results, and ensure every family receives the highest level of support.
