    Adaptability Practices
    30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
With the uncertainty of the pandemic, we adjusted our practice requirements for the health of our ridership. We implemented face masks, and social distance protocols during our practices. Also following CDC guidelines and Monroe County we needed to monitor our ridership to ensure the safety of all riders and not allow attendance if there had been covid cases and/or exposure. Given the state of the economy RYCC we offered additional scholarships to our ridership that may have endured financial hardships due to the pandemic. We offered this not only to our riders, but to our coaches as well.
