THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED AS ROMAN CATHOLIC PAROCHIAL SCHOOL TO PROVIDE PRE-SCHOOL THROUGH EIGHTH (8TH) GRADE EDUCATION AND TO CONDUCT SUCH RELATED CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AS THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME. CONTRIBUTIONS ARE USED TO FUND OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL IN EXCESS OF TUITION.
