Goal One: To grow and expand the reach of our First There programs—Resiliency, Wellness, Education, and Heritage—by increasing access to critical support services, enhancing program capacity, and scaling our impact to meet the evolving needs of every Combat Controller and their family across all stages of life and service.
Goal Two: To elevate national awareness and recognition of the Combat Control mission by expanding our advocacy efforts across all four First There pillars—Resiliency, Wellness, Education, and Heritage—ensuring the unique sacrifices and needs of Combat Controllers and their families are understood, honored, and supported through increased public engagement, strategic partnerships, and community education.
Goal Three: Expanding the organizational capacity of the Combat Control Foundation by cultivating strategic Force Multiplier partnerships, enhancing financial sustainability, strengthening operational infrastructure, and advancing marketing and outreach capabilities—ensuring we can scale our mission and deliver lasting impact to Combat Controllers and their families.
