Goals

1. 1.• Expand the Interreligious Communities Project to: - include new locations, - standardize the curriculum’s language, - add new sections and tools on hospitality and belonging, additional skill-building work in deep listening and empathetic communication, and - create a variant for training religious leaders via a specialized training package for religious higher education.
2. 2.• Adopt an expanded, written financial procedures policy, add a bookkeeper, and implement QuickBooks to aid the Executive Director and Board in fiduciary governance. • Adopt revised by-laws for elements in this plan and add guidelines and policies for Sarbanes-Oxley and other best practices.
3. 3.• Expand the Board of Directors to seven members and develop a newly adopted Advisory Council to twelve or more members. • Fashion a tailored instance of Salesforce for SSS’s specific needs. • Convert database and software linkages to Salesforce and follow constituent service plan evident from a user journey/ladder of engagement.
