The Clubs primary purpose is to serve lunches five days per week to the Clubs members and occasional guests. Periodically there are dinners for members and their guests and periodically the Clubs facility is rented by members and their guests for special events.

To receive a star rating, a charity must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity. Private foundations, consolidated subsidiaries, and organizations with revoked or inactive IRS status are not eligible for a rating.
