The mission of Emmaus Catholic Hospice is to provide Catholic home hospice care, support, and education that honors the dignity of each person we serve.

Vision

To be a beacon of Christ’s light as we join every person we serve on their eternal journey home with dignity, grace, and compassion.

Goals

1.Work to provide Catholic home hospice access for the Denver metro area by increasing the reach of Emmaus Catholic Hospice to a 30 mile reach (currently approaching 25 mile) by end of year 2026.
2.Continue to build and invest in the clinical care team at Emmaus Catholic Hospice, supporting team members aligned with our mission and ministry and making sure our nurse-to-patient ratio remains one of the most focused, patient-centered in hospice service arena for Denver metro.
