Eliminate hunger for older adults and individuals with disabilities, reduce isolation and foster independent living in Longmont and Niwot, Colorado.

Goals

1. 1.Stay ahead of the long-term growth challenge to preclude potential denial of service requests or use of a waiting list due to lack of resources. Over the next several years LMOW faces major issues which must be addressed if we are to fully succeed in our mission. The first is to accommodate the dramatic growth of Longmont’s older population.
2. 2.Broaden both the depth and diversity of the client base through active outreach. The second issue is to identify with and respond to the needs of our ever more ethnically diversified community.
3. 3.Assure client and volunteer satisfaction ratings of 90% or more, as measured by surveys.
