To make a significant contribution to the public welfare by providing rental housing for senior citizens age 62 and older or handicapped and/or disabled applicants with low income.To operate rental housing in a not-for-profit manner with no personal gain accruing to The Routt County Foundation for Senior Citizens, Inc.
