1. 1.Maintain integrity and utility of current properties and plan for renovation as needed to better serve our clients.
2. 2.Institutionalize Hope's housing stability program by gaining housing at Hope, strengthening community partnerships, and integrating resource navigation and economic mobility programs.
3. 3.Recruit and hire quality staff. Provide an inclusive and empowering environment for employees to foster pride, opportunity and retention. Endeavor to hire staff who are reflective of those we serve.
