Durango Mountain Master Association, Inc. is a mutual benefit non-profit corporation formed and operated under the laws of the state of Colorado. It is the Master Association surrounding Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. The Association provides ongoing services for the benefit of the members and the public that visits the Purgatory Resort. These services include, but are not limited to, maintenance, landscaping and snow removal in the main plaza including public bathrooms. Limited access for guests, renters, owners and club members to the Durango Mountain Club including the pool and spa area and event access to the Durango Institute is open to the public for a fee.
