To provide temporary housing and support services for families experiencing housing instability

TO EMPOWER ALL FAMILIES IN NORTHERN COLORADO TO ACHIEVE LONG-TERM HOUSING STABILITY

1.Provide a safety net of shelter for a family living at a motel, in their car or on the street
2.Work with the family to find housing within the 60 day of shelter. The case managers promote and advocate under the landlord recruitment program. It has proven to beneficial.
3.Advocate for the families employment. This is a newer program, where GFH works with employers needing workers and advocating for GFH clients to work there.
