Doctors Care provides affordable, high-quality health care and services that promote overall health and wellness for our community.

A community where people in need have equal access to health care and are engaged in their own well-

1.Strengthening the organization by examining its “culture of care." We will continue to identify and develop support structures that help our staff and volunteers maintain their sense of engagement and commitment to the work we do together.
2.We want to ensure that we are proactively identifying and aligning with client and community needs. We will do this by taking a “learning model” approach to regularly assess community needs and anticipate how these needs may shift with potential changes in the healthcare/insurance landscape.
3.Design sustainability strategies that promote efficiency and integration of our services, diversify our revenue structure, strengthen community relations, and highlight the skills of our clients and staff.
