Goals

1. 1.Develop a comprehensive partnership and advocacy strategy by engaging the Berthoud Housing Steering Committee, assessing Care-A-Vanner partnerships, formalizing collaboration with the Town of Berthoud, exploring a Housing Task Force, and building partnerships with schools, higher education, and faith communities.
2. 2.Establish a formal partnership with the Town of Berthoud to advance short- and long-term housing strategies outlined in the Housing Action Plan, while expanding partnerships with developers, architects, and builders to increase capacity and meet community housing needs.
3. 3.Implement core operational platforms including ADP, CharityProud, OneCause, QuickBooks, and ThriftCart; develop SOPs across all functions; and evaluate platforms to support homeowner services, construction project management, and task management.
