IT ALSO ASSISTS JOINT LABOR-MANAGEMENT APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS IN RECRUITING APPLICANTS FOR SKILLED TRADES. IT SEEKS TO DETERMINE THE BARRIERS TO ENTRY INTO THE SKILLED TRADES AND UNDERTAKE EFFORTS TO OVERCOME THOSE BARRIERS.
