Vision

Our vision is that every struggling reader, regardless of their age or financial status, has access to our resources. Students at risk of reading failure will be identified as young as possible and will be receiving support provided by certified and experienced instructors. Older students who are reading significantly below grade level will have access to our highly trained instructors and their reading growth will be vastly accelerated. Our pool of certified instructors will be representative of the diverse community of students we serve.

Goals

1. 1.Refine Reading Allowed’s organizational structure to reflect our ongoing expansion, the diversity of our community and to ensure we can comfortably grow and maintain its high quality of service.
2. 2.Reading Allowed can continue to increase programs and services at a comfortable pace which does not diminish the quality of our services
3. 3.Ensure Reading Allowed is known and accessible to underserved communities and maintain the ability to accept any student that needs our services regardless of financial circumstances
