Vision

With Room Redux, healing and transformation go hand in hand. We are compassionately dedicated to encouraging healing and improving the lives of children who have faced abuse, through Room Transformation. Often, abuse occurs in a child’s own room. This can link the room to feelings of fear and aversion, causing the child to avoid it entirely. We provide new rooms for child abuse victims where they can feel comfortable and safe! Since the beginning, one main goal of Room Redux has been to have the ability to transform the rooms and lives of children everywhere who have been victimized. With Chapters opening up across America, we get closer to reaching the goal of new rooms for child abuse victims everywhere.

Goals

1. 1.Room Redux partners with child welfare groups, mental health pros, law enforcement, and nonprofits to expand impact. Its multi-tiered fundraising includes campaigns, grants, donors, and crowdfunding. Community events and social media help build strong, loyal support.
2. 2.With over 500 volunteers nationwide, Room Redux has created a sustainable workforce to support room transformations, event planning, and administrative tasks. Volunteers provide critical support without the financial burden of hiring additional staff, helping maintain operational efficiency.
3. 3.Room Redux invests in ongoing training and development for employees and volunteers, building a team that is not only passionate but also well-equipped to drive the organization’s mission. This culture of creativity and leadership ensures the organization remains strong and adaptable over time.
