TO INCREASE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND DIVERSE LEADERSHIP IN THE CHICAGO REGION BY DEVELOPING AND BUILDING A NETWORK OF LEADERS WITH DISABILITIES - CONSISTENT WITH THE SPIRIT OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.

People with disabilities will lead with power and influence for full participation and equal opportu

Goals

1.Build the bench of people with disabilities in positions of power and influence throughout the Chicago region.
2.Strengthen and expand the Network to increase leadership opportunities for Members and reflect the diversity of Chicago.
3.Expand our model beyond the Chicago region. In the next 2-5 years, we will explore expansion models, identify one that is most sustainable, and secure pilot launch funding.
