Vision

Rock from the Heart is focused on developing resources designed to educate the public on methods for diagnosis, treatment and management of aortic disease and by advocating for early detection, meaningful support, and timely access to appropriate treatment for all people affected. · Communicating new information on aortic disease to the public · Raising awareness of the symptoms and severity of aortic disease within at-risk and underserved populations so that it is no longer THE silent killer · Reducing the toll of aortic disease by addressing barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care · Providing a voice for aortic disease patients to improve access to appropriate diagnosis and treatment, improving quality of life and overall outcomes

Goals

1. 1.Rock from the Heart will expand collaboration with organizations that align with our mission to raise awareness and support for aortic and heart valve disease. Key partnerships include the Alliance for Aging Research and the Heart Valve Disease Awareness Day campaign, which amplify our educational efforts.

Utilize digital platforms to promote events, share survivor stories, and engage a larger audience in heart health discussions. Offer both in-person and virtual attendance options for symposiums and screenings to increase overall participation.
