Vision

We envision a world where every aging adult, veteran, and individual with a disability is deeply connected, respected, and empowered to live a vibrant, independent life—with access to compassionate care, meaningful relationships, and the everyday moments that bring joy.

Goals

1. 1.We're on a mission to grow our reach and serve even more communities. Our goals include expanding into UBAG, WFRC, and BRAG, adding insurance panels, and making our services available in Idaho and SLC. As we expand, we're also looking for ways to give back to the community that has helped us grow.
2. 2.We are actively investing in our organizational capacity by strengthening staff development, upgrading technology, improving operations, and expanding evaluation tools. Through stronger governance, sustainable funding, and deeper community engagement, we’re building a more resilient, effective, and responsive organization.
3. 3.We're partnering with UTA through Utah Northern Ride Reach to provide temporary rides for seniors and people with disabilities, especially those not yet eligible for long-term programs. We also help connect riders with lasting transportation solutions to ensure continued access to essential services.
