The mission of Homeless Intervention Services of Orange County is to provide support and assistance to the underprivileged and unhoused to improve their quality of life, and to help them regain stability and hope.

Vision

Everybody has a place to call home, a life that is meaningful and a sense of belonging.

Goals

1.To continue to serve as a supportive, proactive organization helping individuals and families to overcome homelessness.
2.To treat each individual we serve as a whole person with the respect and humanity everyone deserves.
3.To help decrease the rate of homelessness in Orange County, CA and beyond.
