Sawyer Library Foundation

Mission

The Foundation’s primary purposes are to secure funding and provide financial support for the 1) expansion, upgrade, enhancement and maintenance of real property of the Gloucester Lyceum and Sawyer Free Library Inc. of Gloucester, Massachusetts; and 2) maintenance and enrichment of the quality of the Sawyer Free Library services, materials, and programs.

Our vision is to continue to be a place of learning, innovation and creativity to nurture and strengthen the community. We wish to inspire and empower individual and collective growth through lifelong learning, social engagement and cultural connectedness.

Goals
