The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We have replaced departing board members with strategically sought after board talent. We have activated our office space to serve the community and give artists a place to perform and practice. We have reworked our annual festival to be a free event. We have formed advisory committees and utilized volunteers more.
