Goal One: Increase the reach of our financial coaching, tax preparation, and credit-building programs to serve more Central Topeka residents. By expanding bilingual services, technology access, and one-on-one support, we will reduce barriers to wealth-building and help families achieve long-term stability.
Goal Two: Create a one-stop hub where entrepreneurs and community members can access co-working space, capital resources, training, and mentorship. The Access Point will foster collaboration, support local business growth, and provide equitable pathways to generational wealth in the Central Park neighborhood.
Goal Three: Build the infrastructure needed to sustain and scale impact, including technology systems, staff development, and financial management tools. By strengthening our internal capacity, we ensure Omni Circle can deliver high-quality, equitable services that adapt to the community’s changing needs.
