Vision

We envision a world where every woman is free from trafficking, exploitation, and poverty - heard, protected, restored through safe community, and rising in dignity, purpose, stability, and freedom.

Goals

1. 1.Grace Collective will grow existing programs by expanding paid vocational training, case management, outreach, catering, wholesale, retail, and Lewis Street services. Growth will increase safe program capacity, strengthen participant support, and create more earned-income pathways for women survivors.
2. 2.Grace Collective will develop new services based on observed community needs, including safer outreach pathways, expanded case management, and stabilization support for women facing poverty, exploitation, trauma, housing barriers, childcare needs, and employment instability.
3. 3.Grace Collective will invest in organizational capacity by strengthening systems, staff development, fundraising infrastructure, compliance, technology, documentation, and leadership support. These investments will reduce administrative burden, improve program quality, and make growth sustainable.
