Goals

1. 1.Timely & Proactive Care: Backline is expanding free, fast, and anticipatory mental health support nationwide by growing our clinical provider network and equipping them to serve music industry professionals. Our priorities: 1) Expand Case Management capacity, 2) Grow the clinical network, and 3) Introduce phone support for faster access to care. These efforts ensure timely, specialized support.
2. 2.Brand Awareness & Solutions: Backline is breaking the stigma around mental health in the music industry by engaging key stakeholders and raising awareness of our services. Key initiatives: 1) Launching an Artist Ambassador Program, 2) Expanding tour support for on-the-road care, and 3) Partnering with industry leaders to amplify awareness.
3. 3.Infrastructure Development: Backline is investing in systems, processes, and staff to scale our services nationwide. Key initiatives: 1) Expanding Case Management to 100 hours per week, 2) Hiring for priority roles, including technical expertise, and 3) Upgrading systems to streamline operations and maximize impact.
