Vision

We envision a San Francisco where every child — regardless of housing status or income — has the support, resources, and opportunities to succeed in school and in life. Urban Angels SF is creating this future for underserved students by building confidence, community support, and programs that focus on improving literacy.

Goals

1. 1.Urban Angels SF aims to expand its reach so more underserved children in San Francisco can access high-impact tutoring, essential resources, and holiday support—scaling programs sustainably while deepening year-round educational and wellbeing services for families in shelters and low-income communities.
2. 2.Urban Angels SF aims to strengthen its financial, managerial, and technical capacity so it can operate more efficiently, support sustainable program growth, invest in skilled staff and systems, and ensure long-term stability while delivering high-impact services to more underserved children and families.
3. 3.Urban Angels SF aims to elevate its advocacy efforts by raising awareness of the needs of children in shelters, building stronger community and policy partnerships, and amplifying its mission so more stakeholders champion equitable access to education, resources, and opportunities for San Francisco’s underserved youth.
