Goals

1. 1.Expand Coafrica’s classroom construction program to reach new regions in Zambia and Malawi, increasing the number of completed classrooms by 25% over the next two years. Rationale: Coafrica’s established model and partnerships have proven effective. Scaling up will help more children access safe, quality learning environments.
2. 2.Goal: Strengthen Coafrica’s operational capacity by building sustainable fundraising systems, and expanding volunteer management infrastructure. Rationale: As Coafrica grows, investing in organizational systems, data management, and financial stability will enable greater accountability and long-term impact.
3. 3.Goal: Launch a Student Support & Retention Program to help students stay in school through fee assistance, school supplies, and local mentorship partnerships. Rationale: As new classrooms open, local leaders have identified student affordability and retention as the next major need.
