Vision

CGF vision is to establish a faith-based multi-housing ecosystem. We strive to foster true community and personal WHOLENESS by nurturing growth in six key areas: physical, spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, and professional.

Goals

1. 1.Redemptive Investment: To unite distinguished multifamily partners under a Christ-centered platform that delivers exceptional returns while advancing community renewal and personal transformation. Goal: Raise a $1.5B fund over the next 5 years to acquire 20K units in 10 key cities. This will serve as a ministry vehicle. The returns generated will sustain the Foundation’s operations & programming.
2. 2.Multi-housing Impact: To activate and equip local churches and community leaders to establish sustainable multi-housing ministries nationwide, fostering lasting connections with local communities. Active Regional MHMs: Boots-on-the-ground outreach creating spiritual and relational impact. Mature Mission 98: Online digital platform offering training, resources, and community support.
3. 3.Faith-based property management education: To transform real estate professionals by elevating their work from a job to a calling and integrating biblical wisdom into property management practices to serve residents and communities better. An active task force of industry leaders and the university is developing the best-in-class, faith-based property management curriculum by Q3, 2026.
