Vision

We aim to turn rainwater into opportunity in a rapidly changing climate.

Goals

1. 1.Our work facilitates rainwater collection activities that are already a social norm. We are increasing both the ease and scale at which it can be applied. Making our materials and methods visible and accessible is a key goal in order to develop the 'social proof' that leads to systemic changes in behavior. Increasing the geographic scope of our demonstration projects is a priority.
2. 2.A focus in the near term is to expand the capacity of our organization. In the United States, this includes fully developing our Board of Directors and hiring a full time Executive Director and a Development Officer dedicated to fundraising. In Central Africa, this means hiring positions for marketing and outreach, as well as product (roof clip) sales and distribution.
3. 3.Our core program is a community-based component within a larger Nature-based Solution (Sponge Cities) for urban water management. Our goal is to advocate for this component within larger aid packages by groups like USAID, World Bank, etc., as they create programs around urban climate resiliency.
