Share My Meals addresses both food insecurity and the environmental impact of food waste by recovering and delivering healthy meals to local communities.

Vision

We aspire to a world where everyone has access to healthy food and no food goes to waste.

Goals

1.Scale Share My Meals’ Meal Recovery Program by strengthening partnerships with food donors and nonprofit organizations, expanding within and beyond New Jersey, and increasing the number of recovered meals distributed to people facing food insecurity while preventing nutritious food from going to waste.
2.Invest in the continued development of STAN, Share My Meals’ technology platform, to improve operational efficiency, strengthen meal recovery logistics, and build scalable infrastructure that can support both our growth and broader collaboration across the food recovery sector.
3.Expand the Meal Recovery Coalition (MRC) to strengthen collaboration across the food recovery sector, advance best practices and policy discussions, and elevate awareness of the role meal recovery plays in reducing food waste and increasing access to nutritious prepared meals.
