Vision

Our vision is to be the leading support network for stroke survivors and their caregivers, ensuring that no one faces the challenges of stroke recovery alone. We aim to create a future where every stroke survivor has access to the full spectrum of care and support needed to reclaim their quality of life.

Goals

1. 1.We are expanding the Stroke Survivor Fund and support programs to reach more families nationwide. By scaling financial aid for therapy, launching care navigation, and strengthening survivor and caregiver resources, we aim to close critical gaps in recovery support and improve quality of life after stroke.
2. 2.We are investing in the capacity of The Stroke Foundation to sustain and expand our work. This includes strengthening financial systems, digital tools, and staff support so we can serve more stroke survivors and caregivers efficiently and ensure long-term organizational resilience.
3. 3.We are developing new programs such as care navigation and first-100-days after stroke resources to address urgent gaps identified by survivors and caregivers. These initiatives provide critical guidance, education, and emotional support at the moments when families need it most.
