Goal One: Adding a part-time Operation Coordinator to own scheduling, inventory, site logistics, and volunteer coverage which will De-risk operations and free the ED to fundraise, steward partners, and lead strategy.
Goal Two: Build a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) Dashboard (Data & Evaluation) to generate monthly, one-page dashboard covering Programs, Volunteers, Development, and Finance with named data owners which will help align decisions to facts, strengthen accountability, and improve funder credibility. Define KPIs + owners; standardize data capture; publish and review monthly.
Goal Three: Stand Up the Awareness & Grants Engine (Marketing & Fundraising) Activate Google Ad Grants, launch 3 conversion landing pages (Volunteer, Sponsor DoW, Donate), and run a disciplined grants pipeline. Many in STL still don’t know inExcelsis; we need steady leads and diversified revenue.
