The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Complete a three-phase expansion to increase capacity and improve safety and quality. Plans include six new bedrooms, a sprinkler system, first-floor laundry, new entrance, three bathrooms, updated offices and meeting spaces, renovated kitchen, four new furnaces, and new windows, doors, and siding.
Goal Two: Increased capacity will require additional staffing, including a full-time Certified Peer Specialist, Case Manager, or Recovery Coach. All staff will be cross-trained to perform essential duties and provide backup support to the Executive Director, ensuring consistent, high-quality care and program operations.
Goal Three: Continue providing a safe, supportive living program for women and children while developing a similar program for men and children, with a long-term goal of creating a comprehensive program that supports parents and children together.
