Goals

1. 1.Launch targeted bereavement and transition-age youth (AYA) programs in response to growing demand for support after loss and during survivorship, ensuring continuity of care beyond traditional camp experiences.
2. 2.Increase the reach of Camp Reach for the Sky by 15% through expanded transportation, bilingual materials, and partnerships with hospitals and schools, ensuring equitable access for underserved families across Southern California.
3. 3.Strengthen our organizational infrastructure by investing in staff training, data systems, and volunteer management to sustain high-quality, trauma-informed programming and support long-term growth.
