Vision

To provide a healthy, loving, consistent adult to walk alongside each of the over 18,000 children and youth in foster care throughout Illinois.

Goals

1. 1.Grow our matches to at least 30 by the end of 2026. We are committed to building upon our programming to offer it to more communities throughout Illinois. We will do this through fundraising for a case manager to be onboarded and begin taking a caseload and partnering with at least five additional local agencies.
2. 2.Build the bank account to a 8 month reserve in order to ensure continuity of care for our children, youth, and families.
3. 3.We will develop a volunteer recruitment plan by targeting recruitment to diversify our applicants to reach new geographical areas.
