Women are Gold’s vision is to change the story for young women and girls in Cambodia by preventing them from being trafficked. We strive to empower and encourage young women and provide a pathway to a brighter, hope-filled future. We believe that education is the gateway to this brighter future, so we provide monthly education support to young women from disadvantaged families to help keep them in school. We also operate a community center which serves a safe place for women and girls to come together and connect, learn, and create new opportunities for themselves and their families. By opening the door to new opportunities, we’re equipping young women to succeed, helping them complete school, gain access to higher paying jobs, and making it possible for them to change their story.
