Mission

The mission of CASA, First Judicial District is to support and promote volunteer advocacy so that impacted or system-involved children and youth from Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Los Alamos Counties New Mexico, can be safe, have permanent connections, and the opportunity to thrive.

Vision

CASA First envisions a safe, positive, and loving future for all children in our community

Goals

1.We will provide a CASA Advocate to at least 90% of the infants, children and youth in foster care in our district.
2.Support and grow the new Abrigo Advocates prevention program, including recruiting 10 or more Abrigo Advocates, and having one Abrigo specific training annually.
3.CASA First supports our second office "Casita Del Valle" in Espanola and with using the collective impact model, and maintains relationships with community partners.
