    Mission

    4-CT provides direct cash transfers to people who are struggling to cover basic needs or get through a crisis, like food and unstable housing. Recipients, often survivors of violence, refugees, or people reentering their communities after incarceration, can use the funds however they deem appropriate and move forward on their own terms. And, because 4-CT is nimble, we can quickly establish and adjust partnerships with community organizations, hospitals, and state and local governments. This allows us to reach people who need support at the moment they need it, without administrative burdens or delays.
