Goals

1. 1.Develop and expand hearing healthcare programs based on identified community needs, including new hearing screening initiatives and expansion of existing hearing centers, devices, and rehabilitation services.
2. 2.Strengthen and sustain core hearing healthcare programs, including hearing screening, hearing aids, cochlear implant services, and long-term auditory rehabilitation, to ensure consistent quality and measurable outcomes.
3. 3.Invest in organizational capacity through staff development, systems improvement, and advocacy to increase awareness, partnerships, and long-term sustainability of the organization’s mission.
