RIDGELY SENIOR CARE CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO DISTRIBUTE THE ACCRUED RENOVATION RESERVES OF THE FORMER TEMPLE FOUNDATION INC. WHICH HAD OPERATED A SENIOR LIVING FACILITY. THESE RESERVES WERE TO GO TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE ACTIVE IN PROVIDING COMMUNITY SERVICES THAT SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OLDER ADULTS AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR WHICH IT WAS ORGANIZED.
